Payment Terms

1.Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) A. Usually we accept 100% TT in advance;
B. Subjected the order amount, we can accept 30% deposit T/T in advance+70% balance T/T before the shipment.
Note: When you make the payment, please write down the PROFORMA INVOICE(PI) NUMBER on the bank receipt as the reference.
2.Paypal 6% commission charges will be added into the amount.
3.Letter of Credit(L/C) A. L/C is available for the sea transit only. We don’t accept L/C for the air transit;
B. On condition that order amount reaches some amount then we will accept L/C;
C. We accept L/C at sight only;

Lead time

1. Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 3-5days.
2. General orders will be delivered from our factory with 5-10 days.
3. Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 25days at most.

OEM & ODM Service

OEM & ODM

1.LOGO Please provide us your own high resolution logo (JPG format, two colors only and no gradient) . If total quantity of order are above 100pcs, we can silk-screen print the customers'logo on the products by free of charge.
Otherwise there will be LOGO fee.
2.Label please provide your own model number, barcode numbers or serial numbers, and also the special design if required. This service is free of charge.
3.Manual We can put only your model number on the products or pakages by free of charge.
If you have special requirement, please offer us the finished manual file that can be printed directly.
4.Packaging Box We will offer you the dimension and the design file; Please design your own style based on this file then send it back to us;
Samples will be sent to you for your checking before mass production.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.
We provide one years warranty for CCTV Cameras and one year for DVRs after the shipment date.
1. For the products that prove defective under normal usage,
if our customers could repair the products by themselves, we will supply the spare parts.
2. If the customers couldn't repair the defective products, need to ship the damaged part back to us.
Before sending it back, please contact our sales contact to get an RMA instruction.
We will repair and afford 50% freight charge.
3. If the products are broken by violence, carelessness, repaired or altered without the authorization,
we are not responsible for the warranty.

·Phrase I, P-Plan We’ll collect customer requirement, optimized improving plan, organize team to confirm key facts and set goal.
·Phrase II, D- Do Do and planning control, keep monitor and adjust.
·Phrase III, C- Check Check result and find variance to target, find out the root cause of variance.
·Phrase IV, A- Act Summarize and systemize. Work out failure reason or variance of expectation and target as a new PDCA cycle.
